The staff notice for your internal reporting channel
A reporting channel only works once staff know it exists and how to reach it. Anonymeter prints the sheet for you: QR code, link, the anonymity statement, and the reminder that retaliation is prohibited.
The channel alone is not enough
The EU Whistleblower Directive, and the national laws that implement it, expect employers to provide clear and easily accessible information about how to report - including the route to the external authorities. A link on the intranet does not reach the person on the shop floor.
So the notice goes where the work happens: break room, notice board, changing room, warehouse. Anyone with a spare minute scans the code with their own phone and reports, with no account, no app, and nobody noticing that they did.
This page is orientation, not legal advice. Check the wording against your own policy, and with counsel where it matters, before you put it on the wall.
What the notice says
How to reach the channel
The QR code at print resolution, plus the address in plain text for anyone who cannot or will not scan.
Anonymity, spelled out
Reports can be anonymous: no name, no account, no IP address. That is the sentence a report hangs on.
The ban on retaliation
An explicit line that retaliation against anyone reporting in good faith is prohibited.
The external route
A note that staff may also turn to the competent external reporting office instead.
Who operates the channel
A ruled blank to fill in by hand. Only your organisation knows that, and on paper a pen still wins.
In the language of the workforce
The sheet prints in nine languages, whatever language you run the dashboard in.
Nine languages, because your workforce is not monolingual
One customer collected zero reports for six weeks because the anonymity statement reached Spanish-speaking staff in English. The sheet language is therefore set per printout: German for the plant, Portuguese or Vietnamese for the shift that actually reads it. Available in English, German, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Vietnamese and Russian.
Three steps to the notice board
Turn on reporting-channel mode
Enable the reporting channel in the form settings. Answers become cases with a status, a deadline and an audit trail - and the notice becomes available.
Open the notice
Click QR on the dashboard, then Notice. Pick the language and you are done: title, code and wording are already on the sheet.
Print it, or pass the PDF on
Your browser print dialog sends it to paper or saves it as a PDF you can mail to other sites. If someone is placing the code in their own layout, download it as SVG.
Why anonymous here does not mean pseudonymous
The reporting form stores no IP address and sets no cookie by default. A single cookie appears only if the reporter switches on the anonymous reply channel themselves, so they can find your follow-up question again. You can hold a conversation without ever learning who you are talking to.
Common questions
Does the notice cost anything?
No. It comes with any form that has reporting-channel mode on, including on the free tier.
Can we put our logo on it?
Yes, on the Pro plan. The logo and brand colour set for the form appear on the notice too.
Do we get a PDF file?
Through your browser print dialog: choose Save as PDF instead of a printer. It is the same file you can mail to other sites.
Does the notice replace our reporting policy?
No. It informs staff about the channel. The policy, the responsibilities and the deadlines stay yours - Anonymeter runs the cases, logs what was done, and watches the acknowledgement deadlines.
